We use high-quality, tested packaging materials sourced from trusted vendors to ensure that every product reaches you intact and undamaged.

2. How the Delivery Process Works

Once your order is placed on our Website, it goes through the following steps before reaching you:

•       Order Processing: Our system processes your order and our warehouse team picks, inspects, and quality-checks each product to ensure it is in perfect condition.

•       Quality Inspection: Every product is thoroughly inspected before packaging to ensure it meets our quality standards.

•       Packaging: Products are carefully packed using appropriate packaging materials (see Section 3 below) and are then handed over to our trusted logistics partner.

•       Dispatch: The logistics partner picks up the parcel from our warehouse and initiates delivery to the shipping address you provided at the time of placing your order.

•       Delivery: Our logistics partner will deliver the product to your shipping address. In case they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

All products in your order, including any free gifts or bundled items, will be shipped to the same shipping address provided at checkout, along with a valid invoice.

3. How Are Products Packaged?

We take great care in packaging our Ayurvedic products to ensure they reach you safely:

•       Each product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap to protect against transit damage.

•       Fragile products such as glass bottles and liquid preparations are secured with an additional layer of protective bubble wrap.

•       All products are then packed into sturdy cardboard boxes before being handed to our logistics partner.

Chandrayu takes full responsibility for any damage caused to a product while in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

4. Where Do We Deliver?

Chandrayu ships its products across India to a wide range of PIN codes. The list of serviceable PIN codes may change from time to time based on the availability of our logistics partners.

You can check whether we deliver to your area by entering your PIN code on any product page on our Website or at the checkout page. If your PIN code is not currently serviceable, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

5. How to Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation notification (via email or SMS) on the contact details provided at the time of placing your order. This notification will include:

•       Your shipment tracking number

•       The name of the logistics partner handling your delivery

•       A link or instructions to track your shipment in real time

If you are a registered user on our Website, you can also track your order by logging into your account and navigating to My Account > My Orders.

6. How Long Will Delivery Take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement, subject to product availability. The estimated delivery timeline depends on your location:

•       Metro cities and major towns: 2 to 4 working days

•       Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3 to 5 working days

•       Remote or rural areas: 5 to 7 working days

An estimated delivery date will be provided to you at the time of placing your order. Please note that these timelines are indicative, and actual delivery may take slightly longer in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, public holidays, logistics delays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Chandrayu shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by our logistics partners or circumstances outside our control.

7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Our logistics partner will make up to 3 (three) delivery attempts at your shipping address. Before each delivery attempt, our logistics partner will typically contact you via phone call.

Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery or that someone is present at the shipping address to accept the parcel. If all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

If you wish to reschedule a delivery, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the order value, product weight, packaging dimensions, and delivery location. The applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm and pay for your order.

No additional or hidden shipping charges will be levied beyond what is displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified minimum order value, as communicated on the Website from time to time.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please follow these steps:

•       Do not accept delivery of a package that appears to be visibly tampered with or severely damaged.

•       If damage is discovered upon opening the package, take photographs of the damaged product and packaging immediately.

•       Contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with the photographs and your order details.

We will investigate the matter promptly and arrange for a replacement, re-delivery, or refund as appropriate. Please refer to our Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy for further details.
