Orders

Q: How do I place an order on the Chandrayu website?

A: Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can place an order as a registered user or as a guest. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your delivery address and complete payment.

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?

A: Orders can only be modified before they are dispatched. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Once dispatched, modifications are not possible.

Q: How will I know my order has been confirmed?

A: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation notification via email or SMS on the contact details provided at checkout.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept a range of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability at checkout.

Q: Is it safe to make payments on the Chandrayu website?

A: Yes. All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Chandrayu does not store your card details or CVV number.

Q: My payment was deducted but I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

A: Please wait for up to 30 minutes, as processing may take some time. If you still do not receive a confirmation, contact our customer care team with your payment reference number and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement. Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days depending on your location. An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Website and going to My Account > My Orders.

Q: What if I miss the delivery?

A: Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact our customer care team to arrange re-delivery.
